Meet Florence Delarosa

Florence: Gosh, I am in shock right now! I am unbelievably flattered that you have chosen me. Thank you so much for your votes.

 

Announcer: Florence is the owner of Delarosa Florals in Bluewater Village.

Florence: It takes a lot of time and effort to run a flower shop. I am constantly on the phone with my suppliers...

Florence: ...or helping a customer...

Florence: ...or designing an arrangement...

Florence: ...or fighting with that pesky cash register!

Florence: When I need an escape from it all, I head for the piano. There's nothing more calming than getting lost in the music. My friend Malcolm thinks I hide in my own world too much, so he signed me up for The Bachelor behind my back.Between you and me, I wanted to deck him, but since you have voted me into the house, I guess I owe him dinner at least.

Florence: I've never really made finding love a priority, even though I would love to find a wonderful man. I'm not sure what to expect from this competition, but I'm going in with an open mind and an open heart. I hope to find someone that I can enjoy life with, whether it's exploring Takemizu or just cuddling on the couch and watching TV.

Well, as our announcer friend said, "The votes are in." Thank you all for taking the time to vote. All in all, twenty-two people participated, which is far more than I imagined! I tried to make myself not look at the results until the end, but that was an epic fail. Florence and Tara duked it out for first place most of the week, and Nina had a surge towards the end. I thought Samantha was going to be shut-out completely, but someone had pity on her and voted for her late Thursday. Here's the final tally:
